ATTENTION all people who have suffered injuries through work related problems, whose cases have been presented and lost on appeals. Where the law and its application has been unfair to the victim in that the Insurance Company for the employer has claimed your injury was not job related or the illness or injury you suffered was suffered elsewhere. I want to personally talk to you about your case. The present Workman's Compensation system treats injured victims as though they are Bad Individuals. Lawmakers have responded to the Insurance Lobby and have created situational matters that the judges are compelled to deny victims benefits based upon Insurance Lobbies creation of the Workman's Compensation Law. Not only is the Workman's Compensation System demeaning to victims, but it's a part of the greater overall system that allows Big Corporations in the form of Banks, Lenders, Insurance Companies and Doctors to act in concert with one another, where ever the most money comes from. I want to know how many of you have suffered in this system and don't want to give up on our justice system.
